Our products have a wide range of ingredients including soy, coconut apricot wax, fragrance oils, essential oils and sometimes paraffin.

Made To Order Wax Orders Made to order wax is shipped 2-8 weeks after purchase due to pouring and packaging time. Ready to Ship Orders These orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase. Subscription Boxes New Subscribers must sign up by the 5th of each month to recieve the current month's box. Signups after the 5th of the month will recieve the next month's box. For Example Feb 5th Signup = A February Box, Feb 6th = A March Box It can take up to 3 weeks to recieve your first box. All remaining boxes will be shipped within the first 5 - 7 business days of the month.

Each wax melt is poured and cured by hand. We provide both dates to our customers so you can get the most out of each wax product. The Pour Date, provides the date the melt was poured. The Melt After date, provides you with the date the wax is "fully cured", or will provide the strongest \ longest lasting scent profile.

Each box is a carefully curated gift box of 20 - 25 ounces of handpoured wax melts with custom shapes and blends centered around a handpicked whimsical theme, and lots of fun surprises. All boxes shipped on the 1st week of every month. New subscribers must sign up by the 5th of each month to receive next month's box. Your initial purchase date will be your monthly payment date going forward. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

We currently do not offer refund or returns. As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet we do offer cancelations for online orders.
